A clean bathroom, free of shampoo bottles, razors and toothpaste, with a nice pair of matching fluffy towels will look far more inviting, then a dirty shower and vanity covered in make-up and hair products.
Open all your blinds and curtains, ensuring the glass is clean, and take note of what can be seen through the window. If overgrown weeds greet you, then remove them pronto.
