We understand that on occasion a maintenance issue might arise. When you first signed your tenancy agreement lease with our Property Manager, you will have received a Professionals welcome pack, which includes a ‘Repair Request Form and Checklist’, also known as a ‘maintenance form’.
To ensure your maintenance issue is dealt with as soon as possible, you’ll need to provide a copy of the completed form in writing. Please provide as much information as possible, such as the make and model of the item if applicable.
All maintenance issues must be submitted in writing. A physical copy of the form, faxed copy or email are all acceptable, however please note that text messages and contact via social media sites are not. For our contact details, visit our Contact Us page.
