When you’re buying a new home, it’s important to inspect the property. Photographs will give you a general idea of what the home looks like, but does not compare to visiting the property in person.
Visiting a home will give you an idea of what the neighbourhood is like, how homely the property feels, just how spacious it really is, and whether it’s the right home for you.
There are a number of ways you can inspect a property for sale. The easiest way is by attending an open house. These are generally organised at the start of each week for the following Saturday (generally between 9am and 12.00pm). All you need to do is turn up!
You can find details of our open homes in Nowra and the surrounding area here, or by looking in the Domain section of the weekend paper (South Coast Register).
Alternatively you can organise an inspection with one of our sales agents. They will schedule a time that works for you. All you need to do is give us a call.
